personalised trading advice;
investment recommendations;
trade entry recommendations;
trade exit recommendations;
account management;
portfolio management;
broker selection advice;
prop-firm challenge coaching;
personalised risk settings;
promises regarding trading performance;

Technical support is intended to help customers use the software, not to direct their financial decisions.
🧑💻 5. INSTALLATION ASSISTANCE
Where reasonably available, AlgoVecter may provide installation guidance for supported Products.
This may include guidance concerning:
downloading the Product;
locating the relevant platform folder;
copying Product files;
restarting or refreshing the trading platform;
locating the Product inside MT4 or MT5;
attaching an EA or indicator to a chart;
enabling required platform permissions;
entering licence information; and
completing activation.
Installation support does not mean that AlgoVecter will access or control a customer’s trading account unless a separate lawful support arrangement expressly allows this.
🔐 6. CUSTOMER SECURITY DURING SUPPORT
Customers should not provide AlgoVecter with unnecessary confidential credentials.
Customers must not send:
banking passwords;
payment-card PINs;
card security codes;
broker withdrawal passwords;
email passwords;
remote-access passwords unless specifically required and securely arranged; or
other unnecessary security credentials.
AlgoVecter will not require a customer to disclose information that is not reasonably necessary to provide support.
🖥️ 7. REMOTE ASSISTANCE
Where AlgoVecter offers remote installation or technical assistance, such support may require customer permission to access a device or VPS.
Remote support, if offered, should be:
initiated with the customer’s consent;
limited to the relevant support purpose;
terminated when the support session is complete; and
handled in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing and securing their systems after a remote-support session.
📩 8. SUPPORT REQUEST INFORMATION
To investigate a support issue, AlgoVecter may request:
customer name;
email address;
order number;
Product name;
licence key or licence identifier;
MT4 or MT5 version;
operating system;

account type;
error message;
screenshots;
journal or expert logs;
Product version; and
description of the issue.
Customers should remove or conceal unnecessary personal or financial information before sharing screenshots or logs.
🔍 9. TECHNICAL DIAGNOSIS
AlgoVecter may require reasonable troubleshooting steps before determining whether a Product contains a technical defect.
These steps may include:
verifying Product version;
verifying platform version;
checking installation location;
reviewing logs;
checking licence activation;
testing default settings;
confirming the correct trading symbol;
confirming the correct timeframe;
checking internet connectivity; and
reviewing known platform or broker limitations.
⏱️ 10. SUPPORT AVAILABILITY
Support availability may depend on:
business hours;
staff availability;
Product type;
complexity of the issue;
public holidays;
system outages; and
volume of support enquiries.
AlgoVecter does not guarantee immediate or continuous 24-hour support unless a specific support package expressly states otherwise.
📬 11. SUPPORT CHANNELS
Support may be provided through one or more approved channels such as:
email;
website contact form;
support ticket;
customer account area;
live chat; or
another support channel identified by AlgoVecter.
Customers should use official AlgoVecter support channels for licence and Product assistance.
🔄 12. PRODUCT UPDATES
AlgoVecter may release updates to EAs, indicators and other Products.
Updates may be intended to:
fix bugs;
improve compatibility;
address security concerns;
adapt to platform changes;
improve stability;
correct technical errors;
update licence functionality; or
modify Product features.
An update does not necessarily mean that the Product’s trading logic or strategy will change.
🤖 13. EA UPDATES
EA updates may address issues including:
MT4 or MT5 platform changes;
execution logic;
broker-specific technical issues;
interface improvements;
activation systems;
software errors;
parameter handling; or
stability.
AlgoVecter does not guarantee that every EA will receive updates indefinitely.
📊 14. INDICATOR UPDATES
Indicator updates may address:
display issues;
calculation errors;
platform updates;
chart compatibility;
graphical rendering;
notification functionality;
data handling; or
installation issues.
Update availability may differ between Products.
🆕 15. MINOR UPDATES
Minor updates may include:
bug fixes;
compatibility fixes;
interface corrections;
security updates; or
minor technical improvements.
Where AlgoVecter makes such updates available under an existing Product licence, they will ordinarily remain subject to the same Software License Agreement.
⬆️ 16. MAJOR UPGRADES
A major upgrade may include:
substantially new functionality;
a new Product generation;
a redesigned strategy engine;
a new platform version;
a substantially different Product edition; or
a separately marketed Product.
Purchase of an existing Product does not automatically entitle the customer to every future major upgrade unless AlgoVecter expressly states that such upgrades are included.
💳 17. PAID UPGRADES
AlgoVecter may offer certain future upgrades for an additional fee.
Where applicable, pricing and upgrade eligibility should be disclosed before purchase.
Existing customer rights concerning the Product already purchased remain subject to the original licence and applicable law.
🔄 18. AUTOMATIC UPDATES
Some Products may support automatic or semi-automatic updating.
Where such functionality exists, customers may need:
an internet connection;
a valid licence;
sufficient system permissions; and
a supported Product version.
Automatic updates may not be available for every Product.
📦 19. MANUAL UPDATES
Some Products may require customers to manually download and install a newer version.
Where an update is available, customers may need to:
download the new version;
replace the old Product file;
restart or refresh the trading platform; and
verify the applicable settings.
Customers should follow Product-specific instructions.
🧾 20. PRODUCT VERSIONING
AlgoVecter may use version numbers to distinguish Product releases.
Customers may be asked to provide the Product version when requesting support.
Older versions may not always be supported indefinitely.
🖥️ 21. MT4 COMPATIBILITY
Certain AlgoVecter Products may be designed specifically for MetaTrader 4 (MT4).
Where a Product is identified as an MT4 Product, it should only be assumed compatible with supported MT4 environments.
An MT4 Product is not automatically compatible with MT5.
💻 22. MT5 COMPATIBILITY
Certain AlgoVecter Products may be designed specifically for MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
Where a Product is identified as an MT5 Product, it should only be assumed compatible with supported MT5 environments.
An MT5 Product is not automatically compatible with MT4.
🔁 23. MT4 AND MT5 ARE DIFFERENT PLATFORMS
MT4 and MT5 are separate software environments.
A Product developed for one platform may require:
different executable files;
different code;
different libraries;
different settings; or
a separately developed version
to operate on the other platform.
Customers should confirm the platform version before purchase.
🚫 24. WRONG PLATFORM PURCHASE
If a customer purchases an MT4 Product when they require MT5, or vice versa, the customer should contact AlgoVecter support.
Any exchange, replacement or refund will be handled in accordance with:
the applicable Product terms;
the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy; and
applicable consumer law.
🔄 25. PLATFORM BUILD CHANGES
MetaTrader platform updates may affect:
Product loading;
execution;
permissions;
libraries;
graphical functions;
indicators;
EA operation; or
compatibility.
AlgoVecter may issue compatibility updates where reasonably necessary and technically feasible.

lot sizes;

decimal precision;
price feeds;
margin rules; and
supported platform features.
Customers should review the Product’s stated requirements before use.
🔤 27. BROKER SYMBOL DIFFERENCES
Different brokers may use different naming conventions for the same instrument.
For example, a broker may use:
XAUUSD;
GOLD;
XAUUSDm;
GOLD.pro; or
another broker-specific symbol.
Customers may need to configure the Product for the correct broker symbol.
📐 28. CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS
Broker contract specifications may affect:
position sizing;
minimum lot size;
maximum lot size;
lot increments;
margin;
Stop Loss distance;
Take Profit distance; and
EA calculations.
Customers should verify broker contract specifications before using an automated Product.
🚫 29. NO UNIVERSAL BROKER GUARANTEE
AlgoVecter does not guarantee compatibility with every broker.
A Product may function correctly with one broker and require adjustment, configuration or an update with another.
Compatibility claims should refer only to environments AlgoVecter reasonably expects or has designed the Product to support.
🧪 30. TESTING WITH A NEW BROKER
When changing brokers or account types, customers should verify Product operation before relying on the Product in a live trading environment.
Different brokers may produce different technical behaviour.
Testing does not eliminate trading risk.
🖥️ 31. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
An AlgoVecter Product may require certain hardware, software or connectivity conditions.
Depending on the Product, requirements may include:
a supported Windows environment;
MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5;
internet connectivity;
sufficient RAM;
sufficient storage;
appropriate system permissions;
administrator permissions where required;
supported broker account;
compatible VPS; and
an active Product licence.
Product-specific requirements may be listed on the applicable Product page or documentation.
🌐 32. INTERNET CONNECTION
Certain Products require a stable internet connection for:
licence validation;
broker connection;
market data;
trade execution;
updates; or
Product functionality.
Loss of internet connectivity may interrupt Product operation.
🖥️ 33. VPS REQUIREMENTS
Customers who wish to run automated software continuously may choose to use a VPS.
A VPS may help keep a trading platform running when a personal computer is offline, but VPS availability and performance remain subject to the VPS provider.
AlgoVecter does not guarantee the performance or uptime of an independent VPS provider.
⚡ 34. COMPUTER PERFORMANCE
Insufficient system resources may affect:
platform responsiveness;
chart loading;
EA execution;
indicator calculation;
Product updates; or
terminal stability.
Customers are responsible for maintaining an environment suitable for the Product being used.
🔐 35. SECURITY SOFTWARE
Antivirus, firewall or endpoint-security software may sometimes block:
Product downloads;
installation;
licence validation;
network access; or
executable files.
Customers should not disable security software unnecessarily.
Where configuration changes are required, customers should understand the security implications before making them.
🛡️ 36. OPERATING SYSTEM UPDATES
Operating system changes may affect:
permissions;
file locations;
security settings;
compatibility; or
Product behaviour.
AlgoVecter may provide guidance where reasonably possible, but cannot control operating-system changes made by third-party vendors.
🔌 37. THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES
A Product may depend on third-party services such as:
MetaTrader;
brokers;
VPS providers;
APIs;
cloud services;
operating systems; or
licensing infrastructure.
A change by a third party may affect Product functionality.
AlgoVecter cannot guarantee that third-party services will remain unchanged or continuously available.
🛠️ 38. COMPATIBILITY FIXES
Where a third-party change creates a technical compatibility issue, AlgoVecter may:
investigate the issue;
provide installation guidance;
issue a configuration recommendation;
release a compatibility update;
release a replacement build; or
determine that the environment is no longer supported.
The appropriate response depends on technical feasibility and the circumstances.
🚫 39. UNSUPPORTED MODIFICATIONS
AlgoVecter may be unable to provide support for Products that have been:
modified;
cracked;
decompiled;
patched;
altered;
redistributed;
obtained from an unauthorised source; or
used with unsupported software.
Customers should use authentic Product files supplied through official AlgoVecter channels.
📦 40. DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
AlgoVecter may discontinue a Product where reasonably necessary.
Reasons may include:
outdated technology;
platform changes;
security concerns;
lack of third-party compatibility;
replacement by a newer Product;
commercial reasons;
technical limitations; or
inability to maintain the Product reasonably.
🛑 41. END OF SUPPORT
A discontinued Product may eventually reach End of Support.
After End of Support:
technical support may be limited or unavailable;
compatibility updates may stop;
bug fixes may stop;
new platform versions may not be supported; and
licence activation may be limited where technically necessary.
AlgoVecter should provide reasonable notice where practicable before materially ending support for an active Product.
⏳ 42. NO INDEFINITE SUPPORT GUARANTEE
Purchase of a Product does not create an unlimited or perpetual obligation on AlgoVecter to:
update the Product forever;
support every future operating system;
support every future MetaTrader build;
support every broker indefinitely;
support every VPS environment; or
maintain every Product indefinitely.
Any specific support period expressly stated at purchase will apply subject to mandatory law.
🔁 43. REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS
Where a Product is discontinued, AlgoVecter may choose to offer:
a replacement Product;
a migration path;
an upgrade;
a discount toward another Product; or
another transition option.
AlgoVecter is not required to provide a replacement unless required by applicable law or expressly promised as part of the original purchase.
💾 44. ACCESS TO DISCONTINUED DOWNLOADS
Download access to discontinued Products may remain available for a period determined by AlgoVecter, subject to:
licence status;
website infrastructure;
security considerations;
legal requirements; and
technical feasibility.
Customers should securely retain authorised backup copies where permitted by the Software License Agreement.
🔐 45. LICENCE SYSTEM CHANGES
AlgoVecter may change licence systems where necessary for:
security;
anti-piracy;
platform compatibility;
infrastructure improvements; or
Product lifecycle management.
Where a legitimate customer must migrate to a new licence system, AlgoVecter may require reasonable verification of the original purchase.
🚫 46. PIRATED OR UNAUTHORISED COPIES
AlgoVecter does not provide support, updates or licence assistance for pirated, cracked, copied or unlawfully redistributed Products.
Unauthorised copies may also:
contain malware;
be modified;
be outdated;
behave differently from the authentic Product; or
expose customers to security risks.
🧾 47. PROOF OF PURCHASE
AlgoVecter may require proof of purchase before providing:
licence resets;
replacement downloads;
Product updates;
account changes; or
technical support.
Acceptable information may include:
order number;
customer email;
licence identifier; or
transaction reference.
👤 48. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for:
using the correct Product version;
maintaining compatible hardware and software;
keeping their platform reasonably updated;
ensuring internet access;
keeping licence information secure;
reviewing broker requirements;
checking Product documentation;
installing updates where necessary; and
maintaining authorised backups where permitted.
⚠️ 49. SUPPORT DOES NOT REMOVE TRADING RISK
Technical support or successful installation does not mean that:
trades will be successful;
losses will be avoided;
an account will remain within drawdown limits;
a prop-firm evaluation will be passed; or
any particular trading outcome will occur.
Support relates to software operation, not to future trading outcomes.
🚫 50. NO PERFORMANCE WARRANTY THROUGH SUPPORT
Statements made by support personnel regarding:
installation;
settings;
compatibility;
technical functionality; or
Product operation
must not be interpreted as a guarantee of financial performance.
AlgoVecter does not guarantee profits, returns, account growth or any other trading result.
↩️ 51. SUPPORT & REFUNDS
A support request does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Refund eligibility is governed by:
the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy;
the circumstances of the Product issue; and
applicable mandatory consumer law.
Where a genuine technical defect exists, AlgoVecter may first investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where permitted by law.
🌍 52. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
AlgoVecter may provide Products and support internationally.
Compatibility may vary based on:
country;
broker;
platform;
system environment;
payment availability; and
third-party restrictions.
Customers remain responsible for confirming that the Product and third-party services they use are available and lawful in their jurisdiction.
⚖️ 53. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies a mandatory consumer right that applicable law does not allow AlgoVecter to exclude.
Where an applicable statutory right conflicts with this Policy, the mandatory legal requirement will apply to the extent required by law.
📝 54. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
AlgoVecter may update this Policy when reasonably necessary because of changes to:
Products;
support systems;
operating systems;
MetaTrader;
broker environments;
licensing technology;
third-party platforms;
Product lifecycle management; or
applicable law.
The latest version will display an updated revision date.
