Last Updated: 6 September 2026

🏢 1. COMPANY INFORMATION

This Prop Firm & Third-Party Disclaimer applies to AlgoVecter Products that may be used with proprietary trading firms, brokers, trading platforms, VPS providers, payment providers, market-data providers, MetaTrader environments, or other independent third-party services.

AlgoVecter is operated by DRT CIRCLE (PTY) LTD, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa.

In this Disclaimer:

“AlgoVecter,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DRT CIRCLE (PTY) LTD trading through the AlgoVecter brand.

“Product” includes an Expert Advisor (“EA”), indicator, trading utility, analytical tool, preset, configuration file, or other trading-related software supplied through AlgoVecter.

🧾 2. PURPOSE OF THIS DISCLAIMER

AlgoVecter Products may be designed to operate with third-party trading environments.

Those environments are controlled by independent companies.

This Disclaimer explains the limitations and risks associated with using AlgoVecter Products with:

  • proprietary trading firms;

  • brokers;

  • MetaTrader platforms;

  • VPS providers;

  • liquidity providers;

  • market-data providers;

  • payment providers;

  • software platforms; and

  • other third-party systems.

AlgoVecter does not control the rules, systems, services, or decisions of these independent third parties.

🏦 3. PROP FIRM COMPATIBILITY

Certain AlgoVecter Products may be described as:

  • prop-firm compatible;

  • suitable for prop-firm environments;

  • designed with prop-firm rules in mind; or

  • configured for use with certain evaluation or funded-account conditions.

Such wording refers only to the intended technical design or configuration of the Product.

It does not mean that:

  • every proprietary trading firm permits the Product;

  • the Product is approved by every proprietary trading firm;

  • the Product has been certified by a proprietary trading firm;

  • the Product is officially partnered with a proprietary trading firm;

  • the Product will remain permitted indefinitely; or

  • the Product will satisfy every rule imposed by every proprietary trading firm.

🚫 4. NO GUARANTEE OF PASSING PROP FIRM CHALLENGES

AlgoVecter does not guarantee that use of an EA, indicator, or other Product will:

  • pass a prop-firm challenge;

  • satisfy an evaluation target;

  • avoid a daily loss limit;

  • avoid an overall loss limit;

  • satisfy consistency rules;

  • obtain a funded account;

  • retain a funded account;

  • qualify for a payout;

  • avoid account restrictions;

  • avoid disqualification; or

  • produce any specific prop-firm outcome.

Prop-firm outcomes depend on numerous factors outside AlgoVecter’s control.

⚠️ 5. PROP FIRM RULES VARY

Different proprietary trading firms may have different rules concerning:

  • automated trading;

  • Expert Advisors;

  • copy trading;

  • grid strategies;

  • martingale-style strategies;

  • hedging;

  • news trading;

  • overnight positions;

  • weekend positions;

  • latency-sensitive trading;

  • arbitrage;

  • high-frequency trading;

  • maximum lot sizes;

  • maximum open positions;

  • minimum trading days;

  • consistency requirements;

  • account inactivity;

  • IP or device restrictions;

  • geographic restrictions; and

  • prohibited trading behaviour.

A Product that may be permitted by one firm may not be permitted by another.

🔄 6. PROP FIRM RULE CHANGES

Prop firms may change their rules at any time.

Changes may affect:

  • EA usage;

  • trading methods;

  • position sizing;

  • drawdown requirements;

  • news trading;

  • account limits;

  • prohibited strategies;

  • execution methods;

  • payout eligibility;

  • account-sharing rules;

  • funded-account conditions; and

  • evaluation requirements.

AlgoVecter does not control these changes.

A Product previously compatible with a particular prop-firm environment may become restricted or unsuitable if the third party changes its rules.

👤 7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Before using an AlgoVecter Product with a prop firm, customers are responsible for reviewing the current official rules of the applicable firm.

Customers should confirm whether the firm permits:

  • automated trading;

  • the specific Product type;

  • the specific strategy;

  • grid logic where applicable;

  • multiple positions;

  • overnight trading;

  • weekend trading;

  • news trading;

  • trade copying; and

  • any other relevant functionality.

Customers should not rely solely on an AlgoVecter Product description when determining whether a third party permits a particular trading method.

📋 8. PROP FIRM TERMS APPLY SEPARATELY

A customer's relationship with a prop firm is governed by the prop firm's own:

  • terms and conditions;

  • challenge rules;

  • funded-account agreement;

  • payout terms;

  • trading rules;

  • privacy policy; and

  • other contractual documents.

AlgoVecter does not replace or modify those third-party terms.

🛑 9. PROP FIRM ACCOUNT DECISIONS

AlgoVecter is not responsible for decisions made by a proprietary trading firm concerning:

  • challenge results;

  • account approval;

  • account termination;

  • funded-account status;

  • breach determinations;

  • payout decisions;

  • account suspension;

  • KYC verification;

  • compliance investigations;

  • trade reviews; or

  • customer eligibility.

Such decisions are made independently by the applicable firm.

🔍 10. THIRD-PARTY TRADE REVIEW

A proprietary trading firm may independently review customer activity.

The firm may use its own criteria to determine whether trading activity complies with its rules.

AlgoVecter does not control:

  • how a firm interprets a trade;

  • how it classifies a strategy;

  • whether it considers activity prohibited;

  • how it calculates drawdown;

  • how it applies consistency rules; or

  • how it investigates account behaviour.

⚖️ 11. DRAWNDOWN CALCULATION DIFFERENCES

Different prop firms may calculate drawdown differently.

For example, a firm may calculate limits based on:

  • balance;

  • equity;

  • starting balance;

  • end-of-day balance;

  • intraday equity;

  • static drawdown;

  • trailing drawdown; or

  • another methodology.

Customers must understand the exact calculation method used by their selected firm.

AlgoVecter does not control third-party drawdown methodologies.

📉 12. DAILY LOSS LIMITS

A prop firm may impose a daily loss limit that differs from other firms.

The calculation may include:

  • realised losses;

  • floating losses;

  • commissions;

  • swaps;

  • open positions;

  • previous-day balance; or

  • another metric.

An AlgoVecter EA cannot override a prop firm's account rules.

📊 13. CONSISTENCY RULES

Some proprietary trading firms impose consistency, concentration, minimum-day, or profit-distribution requirements.

AlgoVecter does not guarantee that an EA's trading pattern will satisfy those rules.

Customers should review whether the Product's normal trading behaviour is appropriate for the relevant firm.

📰 14. NEWS TRADING RULES

Some prop firms restrict trading around:

  • central-bank announcements;

  • employment reports;

  • inflation data;

  • interest-rate decisions;

  • major economic releases; or

  • other market events.

An AlgoVecter Product may operate according to its configured logic unless it contains a specific news filter or trading restriction.

Customers remain responsible for configuring and using the Product consistently with their selected firm's rules.

🕸️ 15. GRID STRATEGY RESTRICTIONS

Some AlgoVecter Products may use grid-based logic.

Certain prop firms may restrict or prohibit grid strategies.

Customers must verify this independently before use.

A Product being technically capable of operating on a prop-firm account does not mean that the firm permits the underlying strategy.

🔁 16. COPY TRADING & MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

Some firms restrict:

  • trade copying;

  • identical trading across multiple accounts;

  • account mirroring;

  • shared signals;

  • coordinated trading;

  • account management; or

  • use of the same EA across multiple accounts.

AlgoVecter's software licence does not override these third-party restrictions.

Customers must comply with both:

  1. the AlgoVecter Software Licence Agreement; and

  2. the third party's applicable rules.

🏦 17. BROKER COMPATIBILITY

AlgoVecter Products may be designed for use with supported trading platforms, but different brokers may implement those platforms differently.

Differences may include:

  • symbol names;

  • contract sizes;

  • minimum lot sizes;

  • maximum lot sizes;

  • lot increments;

  • spreads;

  • commissions;

  • swaps;

  • leverage;

  • margin requirements;

  • Stop Levels;

  • freeze levels;

  • execution type;

  • trading hours;

  • server time;

  • price feeds;

  • decimal precision; and

  • liquidity.

As a result, a Product may behave differently between brokers.

🔤 18. SYMBOL NAME DIFFERENCES

Different brokers may use different symbols for the same instrument.

Examples may include:

  • XAUUSD;

  • GOLD;

  • XAUUSDm;

  • XAUUSD.pro; or

  • another broker-specific symbol.

Customers may need to select or configure the correct symbol according to the Product documentation.

AlgoVecter cannot guarantee compatibility with every broker-specific naming convention.

📐 19. CONTRACT SPECIFICATION DIFFERENCES

The same financial instrument may have different contract specifications across brokers.

This may affect:

  • lot sizing;

  • pip or point value;

  • margin;

  • Stop Loss distance;

  • Take Profit distance;

  • trading costs; and

  • EA calculations.

Customers should review the broker's contract specifications before using a Product.

⚡ 20. EXECUTION DIFFERENCES

Order execution can vary between brokers because of:

  • liquidity;

  • server speed;

  • location;

  • latency;

  • execution model;

  • market depth;

  • slippage;

  • requotes;

  • order rejection; and

  • spread changes.

AlgoVecter does not control third-party trade execution.

💰 21. BROKER FEES

A broker may charge:

  • spreads;

  • commissions;

  • swaps;

  • financing charges;

  • inactivity fees;

  • account fees; or

  • other charges.

These costs may affect account results.

AlgoVecter does not set or control broker fees.

🛑 22. BROKER RESTRICTIONS

A broker may restrict:

  • Expert Advisors;

  • scalping;

  • hedging;

  • high-frequency trading;

  • certain symbols;

  • certain order types; or

  • specific trading strategies.

Customers must review their broker's current rules.

💻 23. METATRADER & THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Certain AlgoVecter Products may be designed to operate on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, or other supported third-party platforms.

These platforms are developed and maintained by independent third parties.

AlgoVecter does not control:

  • platform updates;

  • terminal changes;

  • security changes;

  • API changes;

  • server behaviour;

  • account architecture;

  • broker implementation; or

  • future platform availability.

🔄 24. PLATFORM UPDATES

A platform update may affect:

  • EA compatibility;

  • indicator compatibility;

  • execution;

  • installation;

  • security;

  • file permissions;

  • libraries; or

  • Product behaviour.

AlgoVecter may provide updates where appropriate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with every future third-party platform version.

🖥️ 25. OPERATING SYSTEM & VPS COMPATIBILITY

AlgoVecter Products may depend on:

  • supported operating systems;

  • VPS configuration;

  • terminal permissions;

  • internet access;

  • storage;

  • system resources; and

  • other technical requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their environment meets the stated Product requirements.

🌐 26. INTERNET & SERVER AVAILABILITY

Third-party trading systems depend on network and server infrastructure.

Interruptions may occur because of:

  • internet outages;

  • VPS outages;

  • broker outages;

  • prop-firm server outages;

  • DNS issues;

  • platform outages;

  • cloud-service outages; or

  • maintenance.

AlgoVecter cannot control third-party infrastructure availability.

🔌 27. THIRD-PARTY APIs & SERVICES

If an AlgoVecter Product uses or relies on a third-party API or service, changes to that service may affect Product functionality.

A third party may:

  • change its API;

  • restrict access;

  • introduce fees;

  • discontinue a service;

  • change authentication;

  • impose limits; or

  • modify functionality.

Such changes are outside AlgoVecter's control.

🔒 28. THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT SECURITY

Customers are responsible for protecting credentials associated with:

  • brokers;

  • prop firms;

  • VPS providers;

  • trading platforms;

  • email accounts; and

  • other third-party services.

AlgoVecter should not be given unnecessary third-party passwords or security credentials.

💳 29. PAYMENT PROVIDERS

AlgoVecter may use independent payment processors.

Those providers may:

  • approve or decline transactions;

  • perform fraud screening;

  • apply currency conversion;

  • impose processing rules; or

  • temporarily hold or review transactions.

AlgoVecter does not control the internal risk or approval systems of independent payment providers.

🌍 30. THIRD-PARTY LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

A third-party broker, prop firm, payment provider, or platform may restrict access from certain:

  • countries;

  • regions;

  • territories; or

  • jurisdictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to use the applicable third-party service.

🚫 31. NO THIRD-PARTY ENDORSEMENT

Unless AlgoVecter expressly states otherwise in writing, references to a third-party company do not mean that the company:

  • endorses AlgoVecter;

  • sponsors AlgoVecter;

  • certifies AlgoVecter;

  • approves an AlgoVecter Product;

  • partners with AlgoVecter; or

  • recommends AlgoVecter.

™️ 32. THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS

Names, logos, trademarks, service marks, platform names, and company names belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

This may include references to:

  • MetaTrader;

  • MetaTrader 4;

  • MetaTrader 5;

  • brokers;

  • proprietary trading firms;

  • payment providers;

  • VPS providers; and

  • other services.

Use of a third-party name is generally for identification, compatibility, or descriptive purposes only unless an official relationship is expressly stated.

🏷️ 33. METAQUOTES / METATRADER DISCLAIMER

Where AlgoVecter refers to MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5, such references are intended to identify the software platform with which a Product may be designed to operate.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AlgoVecter is not represented as being:

  • owned by;

  • operated by;

  • sponsored by;

  • endorsed by; or

  • officially affiliated with

MetaQuotes or another relevant third-party platform provider.

All applicable trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

📸 34. THIRD-PARTY LOGOS & SCREENSHOTS

Where third-party logos, platform screenshots, dashboards, or names are displayed, they should be used only in a manner permitted by applicable law and any relevant trademark or platform rules.

Their appearance should not be interpreted as proof of partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.

📰 35. THIRD-PARTY MARKETING CLAIMS

AlgoVecter does not control marketing statements made by:

  • brokers;

  • prop firms;

  • payment providers;

  • software platforms;

  • affiliates; or

  • other independent businesses.

Customers should review the official terms of the relevant third party before relying on those claims.

🔗 36. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

AlgoVecter may provide links to independent third-party websites.

These links may be provided for:

  • convenience;

  • platform access;

  • documentation;

  • compatibility information; or

  • customer reference.

AlgoVecter does not control the content, security, availability, privacy practices, or terms of those websites.

🔒 37. THIRD-PARTY PRIVACY

A third party may independently collect personal information from customers.

For example:

  • a broker may collect KYC information;

  • a prop firm may collect identity documents;

  • a payment provider may process payment information;

  • a VPS provider may collect account information.

Such processing is governed by the relevant third party's own privacy policy.

📜 38. THIRD-PARTY TERMS

Customers using third-party services are responsible for reviewing their:

  • terms of service;

  • privacy policies;

  • trading rules;

  • licence conditions;

  • fee schedules;

  • account rules; and

  • applicable disclosures.

AlgoVecter's legal policies do not replace third-party agreements.

🚨 39. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE TERMINATION

A third party may suspend, discontinue, or terminate its service.

AlgoVecter does not guarantee the continued availability of:

  • a particular broker;

  • a particular prop firm;

  • MetaTrader;

  • a VPS provider;

  • an API;

  • a payment method; or

  • any other independent service.

⚠️ 40. EFFECT OF THIRD-PARTY CHANGES ON ALGOVECTER PRODUCTS

If a third party changes or discontinues a service, an AlgoVecter Product may require:

  • reconfiguration;

  • an update;

  • a different broker;

  • a different VPS;

  • a different account;

  • a different platform version; or

  • another technical adjustment.

Third-party changes do not automatically mean that an AlgoVecter Product is defective.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

↩️ 41. REFUNDS & THIRD-PARTY CHANGES

Refunds are governed by AlgoVecter's Refund & Digital Delivery Policy and applicable law.

A refund will not ordinarily arise solely because an independent third party:

  • changes its rules;

  • changes its platform;

  • stops supporting an EA;

  • restricts a strategy;

  • terminates an account;

  • changes fees;

  • modifies leverage;

  • changes a prop-firm evaluation; or

  • stops offering a service.

This does not remove any mandatory statutory remedy.

🛡️ 42. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoVecter is not responsible for loss or disruption caused solely by independent third-party systems or decisions outside AlgoVecter's reasonable control.

This may include:

  • broker outages;

  • prop-firm decisions;

  • platform failures;

  • VPS outages;

  • API changes;

  • payment-provider decisions;

  • liquidity problems;

  • execution differences; or

  • third-party rule changes.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that applicable law does not permit AlgoVecter to exclude.

📉 43. TRADING RISK STILL APPLIES

Use of AlgoVecter software with a compatible broker, platform, or prop firm does not remove trading risk.

Customers remain exposed to risks including:

  • market risk;

  • leverage risk;

  • drawdown;

  • execution risk;

  • liquidity risk;

  • technical risk;

  • third-party risk; and

  • operational risk.

🚫 44. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUED COMPATIBILITY

Compatibility information reflects the Product and third-party environment available at the relevant time.

AlgoVecter does not guarantee that a Product will remain compatible with a third-party platform, broker, or prop firm indefinitely.

🧾 45. VERIFY CURRENT INFORMATION

Customers should verify current information directly with the applicable third party before purchasing or deploying a Product where compatibility is important.

This is especially important for:

  • prop-firm rules;

  • EA restrictions;

  • leverage;

  • account types;

  • platform support;

  • symbol specifications; and

  • broker execution requirements.

🌐 46. INTERNATIONAL USE

Third-party financial and trading services may be regulated differently across jurisdictions.

Availability of a third-party service or AlgoVecter compatibility information does not mean that:

  • the service is lawful in every jurisdiction;

  • the customer is eligible to use it;

  • the relevant financial instrument is permitted locally; or

  • the service holds every licence that may be required in the customer's country.

Customers should review applicable local requirements.

⚖️ 47. MANDATORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude:

  • mandatory consumer rights;

  • mandatory statutory warranties;

  • rights under applicable privacy law;

  • rights under applicable financial-services law; or

  • other legal protections that cannot validly be waived.

🚨 PROP FIRM & THIRD-PARTY SUMMARY

AlgoVecter may design EAs, indicators, and other software for use with certain brokers, proprietary trading firms, MetaTrader environments, or other third-party systems. Compatibility describes intended technical use only and does not mean that a third party has approved, certified, endorsed, or partnered with AlgoVecter. Third parties can change their rules, platforms, execution conditions, or eligibility requirements independently. AlgoVecter does not guarantee that a customer will pass a prop-firm challenge, obtain or retain a funded account, receive a payout, or achieve any specific trading outcome. Customers must independently review the current rules and requirements of every third-party service they choose to use.
