🏢 1. COMPANY INFORMATION

This International Sales & Regional Policy governs cross-border purchases and international access to digital Products supplied through AlgoVecter.

AlgoVecter is operated by DRT CIRCLE (PTY) LTD, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa.

In this Policy:

“AlgoVecter,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DRT CIRCLE (PTY) LTD trading through the AlgoVecter brand.

“Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to a person or entity purchasing, accessing, downloading or using an AlgoVecter Product.

“Product” includes an Expert Advisor (“EA”), indicator, trading utility, analytical tool, software licence, preset, configuration file or other digitally supplied Product.

🌐 2. INTERNATIONAL AVAILABILITY

AlgoVecter may make its digital Products available to customers located in multiple countries and regions.

Availability of the AlgoVecter website does not mean that:

• every Product is legally available in every country;

• every customer is legally eligible to purchase or use every Product;

• every payment method is available in every country;

• automated trading is permitted in every jurisdiction;

• every broker or proprietary trading firm accepts AlgoVecter Products; or

• AlgoVecter is required to offer Products in every country.

Product and checkout availability may vary by region.

🌍 3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International customers are welcome to purchase AlgoVecter Products where:

• AlgoVecter accepts sales to the relevant jurisdiction;

• the payment can lawfully be processed;

• the transaction is not prohibited by applicable sanctions or trade restrictions;

• the Product may lawfully be supplied; and

• the customer is legally permitted to purchase and use the Product.

International customers should review this Policy together with all Product-specific requirements before purchasing.

🚫 4. COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS

AlgoVecter may restrict, suspend or refuse sales to certain:

• countries;

• territories;

• regions;

• persons;

• businesses; or

• other destinations

where necessary because of:

• applicable law;

• sanctions;

• export or trade restrictions;

• payment-provider restrictions;

• fraud risk;

• regulatory requirements;

• banking restrictions;

• technical limitations;

• platform restrictions; or

• commercial availability.

🗺️ 5. NO PERMANENT COUNTRY LIST

Country and territorial restrictions may change.

For this reason, AlgoVecter may not maintain a permanent exhaustive list of restricted jurisdictions in this Policy.

A country that is currently available may later become unavailable, and a previously restricted jurisdiction may become available if the relevant legal or operational circumstances change.

Current checkout availability should therefore be considered together with applicable legal restrictions.

🛑 6. RIGHT TO REFUSE A TRANSACTION

AlgoVecter may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because:

• the destination is restricted;

• sanctions apply;

• payment cannot lawfully be processed;

• customer information appears false or inconsistent;

• the transaction creates a material fraud concern;

• the Product cannot legally be supplied;

• a payment provider requires rejection;

• local regulation prohibits the transaction; or

• another lawful reason prevents completion.

Where payment has already been taken and AlgoVecter cannot lawfully complete the transaction, the payment will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy.

⚖️ 7. LOCAL-LAW RESPONSIBILITY

AlgoVecter operates from South Africa but sells digital Products internationally.

Laws relating to:

• automated trading;

• financial markets;

• derivatives;

• CFDs;

• cryptocurrencies;

• Expert Advisors;

• digital products;

• taxation;

• consumer protection;

• electronic commerce;

• software licensing; and

• financial-services regulation

may differ between jurisdictions.

Customers are responsible for determining whether their intended use of an AlgoVecter Product is lawful in their country or region.

🚨 8. AVAILABILITY DOES NOT MEAN LEGAL APPROVAL

The fact that:

• the AlgoVecter website is accessible;

• a Product page is visible;

• checkout is available;

• payment is accepted; or

• a Product can technically be downloaded

does not constitute a representation that the Product or its intended use has been approved by every regulator in the customer's jurisdiction.

🧑‍⚖️ 9. MANDATORY LOCAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove any mandatory:

• consumer right;

• privacy right;

• statutory warranty;

• tax protection;

• cancellation right;

• digital-content remedy; or

• other legal protection

that applicable law does not permit AlgoVecter to exclude.

Where a customer's mandatory local law lawfully applies and conflicts with this Policy, the mandatory provision applies to the extent required.

🇿🇦 10. SOUTH AFRICAN LEGAL FRAMEWORK

AlgoVecter is operated from the Republic of South Africa.

South African laws that may apply to AlgoVecter's online business include, depending on the circumstances:

• the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002;

• the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008;

• the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013;

• the Value-Added Tax Act 89 of 1991; and

• other applicable South African legislation.

International transactions may also be subject to mandatory laws in the customer's jurisdiction.

💱 11. CURRENCY

AlgoVecter may display Product prices in one or more currencies.

Depending on the website and payment-provider configuration, pricing may be displayed in currencies such as:

• South African Rand (ZAR);

• United States Dollar (USD);

• Euro (EUR);

• British Pound Sterling (GBP); or

• another supported currency.

The currency actually charged will be shown during checkout.

💳 12. CHECKOUT CURRENCY CONTROLS

Where more than one currency is displayed on the website, the final checkout page should identify the currency in which the transaction will be processed.

The customer should review the:

• Product price;

• currency;

• taxes;

• discounts;

• transaction total; and

• payment details

before completing payment.

🔄 13. CURRENCY CONVERSION

A customer's bank, card issuer, digital wallet or payment provider may convert the transaction into another currency.

Such conversion may involve:

• the payment provider's exchange rate;

• a card-network exchange rate;

• a foreign transaction fee;

• a currency-conversion fee; or

• another independent charge.

These charges are determined by third parties and may be outside AlgoVecter's control.

📉 14. EXCHANGE-RATE MOVEMENTS

Exchange rates can change between:

• the time a price is displayed;

• the time payment is processed; and

• the time a refund is processed.

As a result, the amount appearing in a customer's local currency may differ between purchase and refund.

AlgoVecter does not control third-party foreign-exchange rates.

Prices should be displayed as clearly as reasonably practicable.

Depending on the country and applicable legal requirements, displayed prices may:

• include applicable tax;

• exclude applicable tax;

• have tax calculated at checkout; or

• be adjusted according to billing location.

The checkout total should be reviewed before the customer authorises payment.

Digital Product sales may be subject to taxes depending on:

• seller location;

• customer location;

• customer status;

• Product classification;

• applicable tax thresholds;

• transaction value; and

• local tax rules.

Potential taxes may include:

• VAT;

• GST;

• sales tax;

• digital-services taxes; or

• similar consumption taxes.

🇿🇦 17. SOUTH AFRICAN VAT

Where AlgoVecter is required to charge South African VAT, applicable taxable supplies will be treated according to South African VAT law.

The VAT treatment of a transaction depends on the applicable tax rules and AlgoVecter's VAT status at the relevant time.

Where VAT applies, the applicable amount may be:

• included in the displayed price; or

• identified separately during checkout,

depending on the website pricing structure and applicable requirements.

🧾 18. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ELECTRONIC SERVICES

Tax authorities may classify electronically delivered software and digital services according to specific VAT or consumption-tax rules.

AlgoVecter Products are delivered primarily through electronic means.

Tax treatment may therefore depend upon the legal classification of the Product and the customer's jurisdiction.

🌍 19. INTERNATIONAL VAT, GST & SALES TAX

Countries and regions may impose taxes on digital products or electronically supplied services purchased by local customers.

Depending on applicable law, AlgoVecter may be required to:

• determine customer location;

• collect VAT;

• collect GST;

• collect sales tax;

• apply another local tax;

• issue tax documentation; or

• report qualifying transactions.

Tax treatment may vary between jurisdictions.

📍 20. DETERMINING CUSTOMER LOCATION

Where required for tax or legal compliance, AlgoVecter or its payment provider may use information such as:

• billing country;

• billing address;

• IP location;

• payment-card country;

• payment-provider information;

• business address;

• tax identification information; or

• other legally permitted location evidence.

Such information will be processed in accordance with the AlgoVecter Privacy & Cookie Policy.

🏢 21. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

Business customers may be asked to provide information such as:

• legal business name;

• billing address;

• VAT number;

• GST number;

• tax identification number; or

• other business details

where relevant to tax treatment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any tax information supplied is accurate.

🪪 22. TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS

AlgoVecter may validate a customer-provided VAT or tax identification number where technically available or legally appropriate.

Submitting an invalid, expired, false or unauthorised tax number may result in:

• tax being charged;

• correction of an invoice;

• review of the transaction; or

• other action required by law.

🧮 23. CUSTOMER TAX RESPONSIBILITY

Where applicable law requires a customer to independently:

• declare tax;

• account for reverse-charge VAT;

• report imported digital services;

• pay use tax; or

• satisfy another tax obligation,

the customer remains responsible for those obligations.

AlgoVecter does not provide personalised tax advice.

🧾 24. TAX INVOICES

Where legally required and applicable to the transaction, AlgoVecter may provide:

• invoices;

• tax invoices;

• receipts; or

• other transaction documentation.

The customer should provide correct billing details when purchasing.

🔄 25. TAX CHANGES

Tax rates and digital-services rules may change.

AlgoVecter may therefore update:

• Product pricing;

• checkout tax calculations;

• invoice formatting; or

• regional tax treatment

to reflect applicable legal requirements.

🚫 26. SANCTIONS & RESTRICTED TERRITORIES

AlgoVecter will not knowingly supply Products where the transaction would violate sanctions or other legal restrictions applicable to DRT CIRCLE (PTY) LTD.

Restrictions may arise from:

• South African law;

• United Nations sanctions implemented through applicable South African mechanisms;

• banking restrictions;

• payment-provider sanctions controls; or

• other laws lawfully applicable to the transaction.

🛡️ 27. TARGETED FINANCIAL SANCTIONS

A restriction may apply not only to an entire country but also to a particular:

• person;

• company;

• organisation;

• entity;

• account holder; or

• other designated party.

AlgoVecter may therefore screen transactions or customer information where reasonably necessary for sanctions compliance.

🔍 28. SANCTIONS SCREENING

Where required or reasonably appropriate, AlgoVecter or an authorised payment provider may screen transaction information against applicable sanctions or restricted-party information.

This may involve information such as:

• customer name;

• billing location;

• country;

• payment information; or

• business information.

Personal information used for compliance purposes will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the AlgoVecter Privacy & Cookie Policy.

🛑 29. BLOCKED OR REJECTED TRANSACTIONS

A transaction may be blocked or rejected if:

• a sanctions match is identified;

• payment restrictions apply;

• a financial institution refuses the transaction;

• the customer is located in a prohibited territory;

• a payment provider cannot lawfully process payment; or

• additional verification is required.

AlgoVecter does not control independent bank or payment-provider sanctions decisions.

🚫 30. NO CIRCUMVENTION OF REGIONAL RESTRICTIONS

Customers must not intentionally circumvent country, sanctions or territorial restrictions using:

• false addresses;

• false identity information;

• another person's payment account;

• concealed billing information;

• misleading business information; or

• other deceptive methods.

Use of privacy or security technologies is not itself prohibited, but customers must provide accurate information where it is legally required for a transaction.

🌐 31. VPN USE & LOCATION

Where customer location is legally relevant, AlgoVecter may rely upon available billing, payment or other legally permitted information rather than an apparent website connection location alone.

Customers must not misrepresent their location to obtain a Product that cannot lawfully be supplied to them.

💳 32. PAYMENT-PROVIDER RESTRICTIONS

Independent payment providers may prohibit transactions involving certain:

• countries;

• currencies;

• industries;

• financial institutions;

• payment methods; or

• account holders.

A Product may therefore be legally available from AlgoVecter while a particular payment method remains unavailable.

🏦 33. BANKING RESTRICTIONS

A customer's bank or card issuer may independently:

• block an international payment;

• impose a foreign transaction fee;

• require additional verification;

• decline a transaction; or

• restrict cross-border digital purchases.

Customers should contact their financial institution where a transaction is declined by their bank.

📥 34. INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL DELIVERY

Approved international purchases are generally delivered electronically.

There are ordinarily:

• no physical shipping charges;

• no physical customs clearance procedures; and

• no postal delivery

for purely digital Products.

This may differ if AlgoVecter later offers a Product with a physical component.

📦 35. CUSTOMS DUTIES

Purely electronically delivered Products ordinarily do not involve physical importation.

If a future AlgoVecter Product includes physical goods, hardware or other tangible materials, additional:

• customs duties;

• import taxes;

• brokerage fees; or

• delivery charges

may apply.

Such amounts may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

🌐 36. DIGITAL DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Digital delivery may be delayed or prevented because of:

• legal restrictions;

• sanctions review;

• payment verification;

• fraud screening;

• incorrect customer information;

• platform restrictions; or

• technical limitations.

A customer should contact AlgoVecter support where payment is completed but lawful delivery has not occurred.

🏦 37. BROKER AVAILABILITY BY REGION

Different brokers may be available or regulated differently depending on location.

AlgoVecter does not represent that a broker referenced on its website:

• accepts customers in every country;

• is licensed in every country;

• offers identical instruments globally; or

• provides identical account terms in every region.

Customers should independently verify broker availability.

🏦 38. PROP FIRM REGIONAL RESTRICTIONS

Proprietary trading firms may impose their own geographic restrictions.

A prop firm may restrict customers because of:

• residence;

• nationality;

• payment restrictions;

• sanctions;

• local law; or

• internal compliance policies.

AlgoVecter does not control those restrictions.

💻 39. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Third-party trading platforms may be restricted, modified or unavailable in certain regions.

AlgoVecter does not control the regional availability of:

• MetaTrader;

• brokers;

• VPS services;

• APIs; or

• other third-party technology.

™️ 40. THIRD-PARTY REGIONAL REQUIREMENTS

References to a third-party company, broker, platform, prop firm or service do not mean that the service:

• is available in every jurisdiction;

• has regulatory approval everywhere;

• accepts every customer; or

• has endorsed AlgoVecter.

Customers should review the third party's own regional terms.

📜 41. EXPORT & TRADE RESTRICTIONS

Software may in certain circumstances be affected by applicable:

• export-control rules;

• trade restrictions;

• sanctions;

• encryption controls; or

• other cross-border laws.

AlgoVecter may restrict access where required to comply with legally applicable rules.

👤 42. CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS

By placing an order, the customer represents, to the extent legally relevant, that:

• the information supplied is accurate;

• the customer is legally capable of entering into the transaction;

• the transaction is not knowingly being made for a prohibited person;

• the customer is not intentionally circumventing applicable restrictions; and

• use of the Product will comply with applicable law.

🚫 43. NO USE FOR UNLAWFUL PURPOSES

AlgoVecter Products must not be purchased, supplied, transferred or used for purposes prohibited by applicable law.

This includes unlawful attempts to:

• evade sanctions;

• facilitate prohibited financial activity;

• misrepresent customer identity; or

• bypass lawful regional restrictions.

🔁 44. CHANGES IN CUSTOMER LOCATION

If a customer relocates to another country after purchasing a Product, availability or use may become subject to different laws or third-party rules.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing local requirements after relocation.

📱 45. ACCESS WHILE TRAVELLING

Temporary access from another jurisdiction does not automatically mean that all Products or third-party services are permitted there.

Customers should comply with applicable local laws while travelling.

🔐 46. REGIONAL ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

AlgoVecter may apply reasonable account restrictions where required because of:

• legal requirements;

• sanctions;

• payment restrictions;

• fraud prevention; or

• third-party compliance obligations.

Any restriction will be subject to applicable consumer and contractual rights.

↩️ 47. REFUNDS FOR REGIONAL RESTRICTIONS

Where AlgoVecter accepts payment but subsequently determines that the Product cannot lawfully be supplied to the customer, the matter will be handled under:

• applicable law;

• payment-provider requirements; and

• the AlgoVecter Refund & Digital Delivery Policy.

A customer should not intentionally purchase from a prohibited location.

💰 48. REFUNDS & FOREIGN CURRENCY

An approved refund will ordinarily be processed in the currency and through the payment route permitted by the original transaction and payment provider.

The customer's final local-currency amount may differ because of:

• exchange-rate movements;

• bank charges;

• conversion charges; or

• card-network rates.

⚠️ 49. NO FOREIGN-EXCHANGE GUARANTEE

AlgoVecter does not guarantee a particular currency-conversion rate for:

• purchases;

• refunds;

• displayed currency estimates; or

• payment-provider conversions.

Only the actual transaction terms applied by the relevant payment system determine the final converted amount.

🔒 50. PRIVACY & INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS

International transactions may result in personal information being processed across national borders by:

• AlgoVecter;

• hosting providers;

• payment providers;

• email providers;

• fraud-prevention providers; or

• other service providers.

Such processing is governed by the AlgoVecter Privacy & Cookie Policy and applicable data-protection law.

📃 51. CONSUMER INFORMATION

Customers should review before purchasing:

• Product description;

• platform requirements;

• licence limits;

• price;

• applicable tax;

• billing currency;

• refund rules;

• compatibility requirements; and

• trading-risk disclosures.

Customers should not complete a purchase if essential Product information is unclear.

⚖️ 52. GOVERNING LAW

Subject to mandatory consumer, jurisdictional and conflict-of-law rules that may apply, this Policy and the AlgoVecter transaction framework are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

The selection of South African law does not remove mandatory rights that a customer's applicable law does not permit to be waived.

No single website policy can guarantee that every transaction automatically complies with every law in every jurisdiction worldwide.

AlgoVecter seeks to structure its international digital sales in accordance with applicable legal requirements, while:

• restricting prohibited transactions;

• applying required taxes where applicable;

• respecting sanctions;

• preserving mandatory consumer rights; and

• adapting regional procedures where required.

Customers are also responsible for complying with legal requirements applicable to their own use of AlgoVecter Products.

International laws, tax rules, sanctions, payment restrictions and digital-commerce requirements may change.

AlgoVecter may therefore modify:

• country availability;

• payment methods;

• currencies;

• Product availability;

• tax calculations;

• customer verification; or

• other regional controls

where reasonably required.
