๐ข 1. COMPANY INFORMATION
This Refund & Digital Delivery Policy applies to digital Products purchased through AlgoVecter.
AlgoVecter is operated by DRT CIRCLE (PTY) LTD, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa.
In this Policy, โAlgoVecter,โ โwe,โ โus,โ and โourโ refer to DRT CIRCLE (PTY) LTD trading through the AlgoVecter brand.
This Policy forms part of the AlgoVecter Terms & Conditions.
๐ 2. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY
AlgoVecter sells digital trading-related software and technical tools.
Products may include:
Expert Advisors (โEAsโ);
automated trading software;
trading indicators;
analytical tools;
trading utilities;
Product presets;
configuration files;
documentation;
licence keys; and
related downloadable digital materials.
This Policy explains:
when refunds may be requested;
when refunds may not ordinarily be available;
cancellation procedures;
digital Product delivery;
download access;
failed downloads;
duplicate purchases;
incorrect Products;
defective Products;
licence issues;
payment reversals; and
chargeback procedures.
โ๏ธ 3. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
For customers in South Africa, relevant legislation may include, where applicable:
๐ฟ๐ฆ Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (โCPAโ)
๐ Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (โECTAโ)
International customers may also have mandatory consumer protections under the laws applicable in their country or region.
Where a mandatory legal right conflicts with any provision of this Policy, the mandatory legal requirement will apply to the extent required by law.
๐ฅ DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
4. HOW PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED
AlgoVecter Products are primarily delivered electronically.
Depending on the Product, delivery may occur through:
customer account download;
secure website download;
download link;
email;
licence key;
software activation;
protected customer area;
Product dashboard; or
another electronic delivery method identified during checkout.
No physical Product will be shipped unless expressly stated on the applicable Product page.
โฑ๏ธ 5. DELIVERY TIME
Digital Products will normally become available after:
successful payment;
payment verification where required;
completion of any security or fraud checks; and
completion of any required licence-generation process.
Some payments may require additional verification by the payment processor.
AlgoVecter is not responsible for delays caused solely by:
payment-provider processing;
bank processing;
card verification;
fraudulent or suspicious transaction reviews;
incorrect customer information; or
technical problems outside AlgoVecter's reasonable control.
Where a Product has not been delivered after payment has been successfully completed, customers should contact AlgoVecter support.
๐ง 6. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for entering accurate:
name;
email address;
billing information;
account information; and
other information required during checkout.
If digital delivery fails because an incorrect email address or other incorrect information was supplied, AlgoVecter may request reasonable information to verify the order before updating the delivery details.
๐ DOWNLOAD ACCESS
7. DOWNLOAD LINKS
Where a Product is delivered through a download link, the link may be:
permanent;
time-limited;
limited to a specified number of downloads; or
restricted to the purchasing account.
Applicable restrictions may vary between Products.
Customers should store purchased files securely after download.
๐ 8. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT DOWNLOADS
Where Products are associated with a customer account, access may be available through the relevant account area.
Customers must not:
share their account with unauthorised persons;
publish protected download links;
redistribute downloaded files;
provide Product files to third parties contrary to the licence; or
attempt to circumvent download or licence restrictions.
โ ๏ธ FAILED DOWNLOADS
9. DOWNLOAD FAILURE
If a customer successfully purchases a Product but cannot download it because of an AlgoVecter website or delivery-system issue, the customer should contact support.
Where the purchase is verified, AlgoVecter may, as appropriate:
reactivate the download;
issue a replacement download link;
resend the Product;
provide access through the customer account; or
use another reasonable delivery method.
A technical download failure does not require the customer to purchase the Product again.
๐ฆ 10. CORRUPTED OR INCOMPLETE FILES
If a downloaded file is:
corrupted;
incomplete;
unreadable; or
materially different from the purchased Product,
customers should contact AlgoVecter support and provide sufficient information to investigate the issue.
Where appropriate, AlgoVecter may provide a replacement file or corrected download.
๐ REFUND POLICY
11. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because AlgoVecter Products are supplied electronically and can ordinarily be downloaded, copied, activated or accessed after purchase, refund requests are assessed according to:
the circumstances of the transaction;
Product delivery status;
whether the Product has been downloaded;
whether the licence has been activated;
the nature of the issue;
whether the Product materially conforms to its description;
whether a technical defect exists;
whether AlgoVecter has been given a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue; and
applicable mandatory consumer law.
Digital delivery does not eliminate statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
๐ซ 12. CHANGE-OF-MIND REQUESTS
Subject to applicable mandatory consumer law, AlgoVecter does not ordinarily provide refunds merely because a customer:
changed their mind after obtaining the Product;
no longer wants the Product;
decided not to trade;
purchased without reading the Product description;
purchased the wrong Product through their own selection;
expected functionality not stated on the Product page;
does not have compatible equipment or software despite compatibility requirements being disclosed;
stopped using the relevant broker or trading platform;
changed proprietary trading firms; or
no longer requires the software.
This section does not override a mandatory statutory cancellation or refund right where applicable.
โ ๏ธ 13. TRADING OUTCOMES ARE NOT A REFUND BASIS
A refund request will not ordinarily be accepted solely because of:
a trading loss;
account drawdown;
market conditions;
broker execution;
spread;
slippage;
price gaps;
rejected orders;
proprietary trading firm decisions;
failure of a prop-firm evaluation;
changes in market conditions; or
differences between backtesting, simulation and live trading environments.
AlgoVecter sells software and technical tools.
The purchase price relates to access to and licensing of the applicable Product, subject to its specifications and applicable consumer law.
๐งช 14. BACKTESTS & DEMONSTRATIONS
Charts, historical information, backtests, demonstrations, screenshots or technical examples displayed in relation to a Product are provided to illustrate software operation under the circumstances in which the information was produced.
Differences between such material and a customer's own trading environment do not, by themselves, establish a Product defect.
๐ง DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
15. TECHNICAL DEFECTS
If a customer reasonably believes that an AlgoVecter Product contains a technical defect, the customer should contact support and provide information reasonably necessary to investigate the problem.
This may include:
order number;
Product name;
software version;
trading-platform version;
description of the issue;
relevant error message;
screenshots;
log files where appropriate; and
steps necessary to reproduce the issue.
Customers should remove or conceal unnecessary account credentials, passwords or other sensitive information before supplying screenshots or logs.
๐ ๏ธ 16. TROUBLESHOOTING
Where appropriate, AlgoVecter may first attempt to resolve the issue through:
installation guidance;
configuration assistance;
corrected files;
licence reactivation;
replacement downloads;
software updates; or
other reasonable technical support.
Nothing in this troubleshooting process restricts a mandatory remedy available under applicable consumer law.
๐งพ 17. PRODUCTS MATERIALLY DIFFERENT FROM DESCRIPTION
If the Product supplied is materially different from the Product purchased or materially fails to conform to the description supplied at the time of purchase, customers should contact AlgoVecter promptly.
AlgoVecter may investigate and, subject to applicable law and the circumstances, provide an appropriate remedy.
This may include:
supplying the correct Product;
correcting the issue;
replacing the relevant file; or
providing a refund where required or appropriate.
โ 18. INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED
If AlgoVecter delivers a different Product from the Product ordered, the customer should contact support.
After verifying the order, AlgoVecter may provide access to the correct Product.
Customers must not redistribute or misuse an incorrectly supplied Product.
๐ CANCELLATION POLICY
19. CANCELLING BEFORE DIGITAL DELIVERY
Where technically possible, a customer may request cancellation before a digital Product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed or activated.
If the transaction has not yet been fulfilled, AlgoVecter may cancel the order and reverse or refund the applicable payment, subject to:
payment-provider processing;
fraud checks;
applicable transaction fees where legally permitted; and
applicable law.
Because many digital Products are automatically delivered immediately after payment, cancellation before delivery may not always be technically possible.
๐ฅ 20. CANCELLATION AFTER DELIVERY
Once a Product has been electronically delivered, downloaded, accessed or activated, cancellation eligibility may differ from cancellation before delivery.
Any cancellation request will be assessed according to:
applicable law;
delivery status;
licence status;
nature of the Product;
nature of the request; and
circumstances of the transaction.
Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
๐ DUPLICATE PURCHASES
21. ACCIDENTAL DUPLICATE ORDERS
If the same customer accidentally purchases the same Product more than once, the customer should contact AlgoVecter as soon as reasonably possible.
After verification, AlgoVecter may refund the genuine duplicate transaction where:
the duplicate orders relate to the same customer;
the same Product was purchased twice unintentionally;
no separate additional licence or entitlement was intended; and
the circumstances reasonably indicate a duplicate purchase.
AlgoVecter may request:
order numbers;
transaction references;
purchaser email address; or
other information required to verify the duplicate transaction.
๐ณ 22. DUPLICATE CARD CHARGES
If a customer's bank statement displays two charges but AlgoVecter's records show only one completed order, the second entry may in some circumstances be a payment authorisation or pending bank transaction rather than a second completed payment.
Customers should contact AlgoVecter and, where necessary, their payment provider so that the transaction can be investigated.
๐ท๏ธ DISCOUNT & SALE PURCHASES
23. PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS
A Product purchased through:
a discount;
promotional code;
sale;
bundle;
introductory offer; or
special pricing arrangement
remains subject to this Policy and applicable law.
Discounted pricing does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Where an approved refund applies, the refundable amount will ordinarily be based on the amount actually paid for the applicable Product, rather than its undiscounted price.
๐ฆ BUNDLES
24. PRODUCT BUNDLES
If multiple Products are sold together as a bundle, refund eligibility may be assessed in relation to:
the bundle as a whole;
the affected Product;
the applicable bundle terms;
whether individual components were separately priced; and
applicable law.
Any mandatory consumer remedy remains unaffected.
๐ PROMOTIONAL OR FREE PRODUCTS
25. FREE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Products provided at no additional charge as part of:
a promotion;
bundle;
bonus;
giveaway; or
complementary offer
ordinarily have no separate cash refund value unless required by applicable law.
๐ LICENCE ACTIVATION
26. ACTIVATED LICENCES
Where an EA, indicator or other Product requires activation, activation records may be considered when AlgoVecter evaluates a refund request.
Activation itself does not remove mandatory statutory rights.
๐ 27. LICENCE RESET REQUESTS
If a customer needs a licence reset because of:
hardware replacement;
VPS replacement;
trading-account change;
platform reinstall; or
another legitimate technical reason,
any reset will be subject to the licence conditions applicable to that Product.
Licence resets are separate from refunds.
๐ฆ PROP FIRM USE
28. PROP FIRM RULE CHANGES
AlgoVecter is not responsible for independent rules established or changed by proprietary trading firms.
A Product described as designed for prop-firm compatibility reflects the intended technical characteristics described at the time.
Unless required by applicable law, a refund is not ordinarily due solely because a third-party prop firm:
changes its rules;
prohibits a particular EA;
changes an evaluation requirement;
rejects a customer's trading activity;
closes an account; or
changes its software policies.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the current rules of their selected proprietary trading firm.
๐ฅ๏ธ THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM CHANGES
29. BROKERS, PLATFORMS & VPS PROVIDERS
AlgoVecter cannot control changes made by:
MetaTrader;
brokers;
VPS providers;
operating-system providers;
payment processors;
data providers;
proprietary trading firms; or
other third-party services.
Temporary problems caused solely by an independent third-party service do not automatically establish that an AlgoVecter Product is defective.
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
๐ต REFUND METHOD
30. APPROVED REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, AlgoVecter will ordinarily attempt to return the applicable amount through the original payment method.
Depending on the payment processor, bank and currency, processing times may vary.
AlgoVecter does not control the time taken by an independent bank, card issuer or payment provider to display an approved refund in a customer's account.
๐ฑ 31. CURRENCY CONVERSION
If a purchase involved foreign-exchange conversion, the amount appearing in the customer's local currency after a refund may differ from the amount originally shown on the customer's bank statement because of:
exchange-rate movement;
bank conversion rates;
card-network conversion rates; or
third-party charges.
AlgoVecter is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or independent banking charges outside its control.
๐งพ 32. PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES
Where legally permitted, any treatment of payment-processing fees in connection with a cancellation or refund will be disclosed or handled in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
Nothing in this Policy authorises AlgoVecter to deduct a fee where such a deduction would be prohibited by applicable consumer law.
๐ซ ABUSE OF THE REFUND PROCESS
33. FRAUDULENT REFUND REQUESTS
AlgoVecter may reject or investigate refund requests involving evidence of:
fraud;
fabricated technical issues;
unauthorised payment;
intentional licence abuse;
Product piracy;
repeated purchase-and-refund abuse;
fraudulent chargebacks; or
unauthorised redistribution of Products.
This does not prevent a customer from making a genuine statutory or contractual claim.
๐ณ CHARGEBACK POLICY
34. CONTACT ALGOVECTER FIRST
If you believe:
you were charged incorrectly;
a Product was not delivered;
the wrong Product was supplied;
a duplicate payment occurred; or
another legitimate billing problem exists,
please contact AlgoVecter support so the issue can be investigated.
Using the support process does not remove any right a customer may have to dispute a transaction through their bank or payment provider.
โ ๏ธ 35. CHARGEBACKS
A chargeback occurs when a customer asks their bank, card issuer or payment provider to reverse a payment.
If a chargeback is initiated, AlgoVecter may provide the relevant payment provider with information reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute, which may include:
order details;
transaction records;
proof of digital delivery;
download logs;
licence activation records;
customer communications;
refund correspondence; and
acceptance of applicable website terms.
Personal information supplied during a payment dispute will be handled in accordance with the AlgoVecter Privacy & Cookie Policy and applicable law.
๐จ 36. FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS
A chargeback should not be used as a substitute for a legitimate refund request where the customer knowingly authorised the purchase and received the Product.
Where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity, AlgoVecter may, subject to applicable law:
suspend the relevant licence;
restrict the customer account;
provide evidence to the payment provider;
challenge the payment dispute; or
take other lawful steps to protect its rights.
AlgoVecter will not restrict a customer's lawful right to challenge genuinely unauthorised or disputed transactions.
๐ 37. ACCOUNT STATUS DURING A PAYMENT DISPUTE
Where a completed Product payment is reversed, refunded or subject to a successful chargeback, the licence or download entitlement associated with that transaction may be suspended or terminated where legally appropriate.
The customer must cease using Products for which the applicable licence has lawfully terminated.
โ REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
38. HOW TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE
To submit a refund, cancellation, failed-delivery or duplicate-purchase request, contact AlgoVecter and provide:
full name;
email address used for purchase;
order number;
Product name;
purchase date;
reason for the request; and
supporting information where relevant.
Do not send:
account passwords;
card PINs;
full card security codes;
trading passwords; or
other unnecessary confidential credentials.
๐ 39. REVIEW OF REQUESTS
AlgoVecter may review:
order records;
payment status;
download history;
licence status;
technical information;
customer communications; and
other relevant transaction information
to determine the appropriate response.
A request will be assessed according to this Policy and applicable law.
๐ง 40. REFUND DECISION
Customers will be informed through an appropriate communication channel once a refund request has been reviewed.
Where a request is declined, AlgoVecter may explain the basis for the decision where appropriate.
Nothing prevents a customer from exercising an applicable right to lodge a complaint with a consumer authority, ombud, tribunal, payment provider or court.
๐ INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
41. LOCAL CONSUMER LAW
AlgoVecter sells digital Products to customers in multiple countries.
Consumer rights concerning:
digital content;
refunds;
cancellations;
defective software;
payment disputes; and
online transactions
may vary between jurisdictions.
Where a customer's local mandatory consumer legislation lawfully applies to a purchase, this Policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
๐ฟ๐ฆ SOUTH AFRICAN CUSTOMERS
42. SOUTH AFRICAN CONSUMER PROTECTION
For qualifying South African transactions, AlgoVecter will apply relevant mandatory provisions of South African consumer law.
Where applicable, this may include rights relating to goods or services that fail to meet legally prescribed standards.
The Consumer Protection Act provides statutory protections concerning the quality and condition of qualifying goods and remedies in relevant circumstances.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove those statutory protections.
๐งโโ๏ธ 43. CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with AlgoVecter, qualifying customers may have access to applicable:
consumer protection authorities;
alternative dispute-resolution bodies;
ombud schemes;
tribunals;
regulators; or
courts.
AlgoVecter does not require a consumer to waive any complaint mechanism that applicable law makes available to them.
๐ POLICY CHANGES
44. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
AlgoVecter may update this Refund & Digital Delivery Policy when reasonably necessary because of changes to:
applicable laws;
payment systems;
delivery methods;
Products;
licence systems;
website functionality; or
business operations.
The latest version will display an updated revision date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired by customers where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Depending on the Product, delivery may occur through:
customer account download;
secure website download;
download link;
email;
licence key;
software activation;
protected customer area;
Product dashboard; or
another electronic delivery method identified during checkout.
No physical Product will be shipped unless expressly stated on the applicable Product page.
โฑ๏ธ 5. DELIVERY TIME
Digital Products will normally become available after:
successful payment;
payment verification where required;
completion of any security or fraud checks; and
completion of any required licence-generation process.
Some payments may require additional verification by the payment processor.
AlgoVecter is not responsible for delays caused solely by:
payment-provider processing;
bank processing;
card verification;
fraudulent or suspicious transaction reviews;
incorrect customer information; or
technical problems outside AlgoVecter's reasonable control.
Where a Product has not been delivered after payment has been successfully completed, customers should contact AlgoVecter support.
๐ง 6. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for entering accurate:
name;
email address;
billing information;
account information; and
other information required during checkout.
If digital delivery fails because an incorrect email address or other incorrect information was supplied, AlgoVecter may request reasonable information to verify the order before updating the delivery details.
๐ DOWNLOAD ACCESS
7. DOWNLOAD LINKS
Where a Product is delivered through a download link, the link may be:
permanent;
time-limited;
limited to a specified number of downloads; or
restricted to the purchasing account.
Applicable restrictions may vary between Products.
Customers should store purchased files securely after download.
๐ 8. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT DOWNLOADS
Where Products are associated with a customer account, access may be available through the relevant account area.
Customers must not:
share their account with unauthorised persons;
publish protected download links;
redistribute downloaded files;
provide Product files to third parties contrary to the licence; or
attempt to circumvent download or licence restrictions.
โ ๏ธ FAILED DOWNLOADS
9. DOWNLOAD FAILURE
If a customer successfully purchases a Product but cannot download it because of an AlgoVecter website or delivery-system issue, the customer should contact support.
Where the purchase is verified, AlgoVecter may, as appropriate:
reactivate the download;
issue a replacement download link;
resend the Product;
provide access through the customer account; or
use another reasonable delivery method.
A technical download failure does not require the customer to purchase the Product again.
๐ฆ 10. CORRUPTED OR INCOMPLETE FILES
If a downloaded file is:
corrupted;
incomplete;
unreadable; or
materially different from the purchased Product,
customers should contact AlgoVecter support and provide sufficient information to investigate the issue.
Where appropriate, AlgoVecter may provide a replacement file or corrected download.
๐ REFUND POLICY
11. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because AlgoVecter Products are supplied electronically and can ordinarily be downloaded, copied, activated or accessed after purchase, refund requests are assessed according to:
the circumstances of the transaction;
Product delivery status;
whether the Product has been downloaded;
whether the licence has been activated;
the nature of the issue;
whether the Product materially conforms to its description;
whether a technical defect exists;
whether AlgoVecter has been given a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue; and
applicable mandatory consumer law.
Digital delivery does not eliminate statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
๐ซ 12. CHANGE-OF-MIND REQUESTS
Subject to applicable mandatory consumer law, AlgoVecter does not ordinarily provide refunds merely because a customer:
changed their mind after obtaining the Product;
no longer wants the Product;
decided not to trade;
purchased without reading the Product description;
purchased the wrong Product through their own selection;
expected functionality not stated on the Product page;
does not have compatible equipment or software despite compatibility requirements being disclosed;
stopped using the relevant broker or trading platform;
changed proprietary trading firms; or
no longer requires the software.
This section does not override a mandatory statutory cancellation or refund right where applicable.
โ ๏ธ 13. TRADING OUTCOMES ARE NOT A REFUND BASIS
A refund request will not ordinarily be accepted solely because of:
a trading loss;
account drawdown;
market conditions;
broker execution;
spread;
slippage;
price gaps;
rejected orders;
proprietary trading firm decisions;
failure of a prop-firm evaluation;
changes in market conditions; or
differences between backtesting, simulation and live trading environments.
This may include:
order number;
Product name;
software version;
trading-platform version;
description of the issue;
relevant error message;
screenshots;
log files where appropriate; and
steps necessary to reproduce the issue.
Customers should remove or conceal unnecessary account credentials, passwords or other sensitive information before supplying screenshots or logs.
๐ ๏ธ 16. TROUBLESHOOTING
Where appropriate, AlgoVecter may first attempt to resolve the issue through:
installation guidance;
configuration assistance;
corrected files;
licence reactivation;
replacement downloads;
software updates; or
other reasonable technical support.
This may include:
supplying the correct Product;
correcting the issue;
replacing the relevant file; or
providing a refund where required or appropriate.
If the transaction has not yet been fulfilled, AlgoVecter may cancel the order and reverse or refund the applicable payment, subject to:
payment-provider processing;
fraud checks;
applicable transaction fees where legally permitted; and
applicable law.
Any cancellation request will be assessed according to:
applicable law;
delivery status;
licence status;
nature of the Product;
nature of the request; and
circumstances of the transaction.
After verification, AlgoVecter may refund the genuine duplicate transaction where:
the duplicate orders relate to the same customer;
the same Product was purchased twice unintentionally;
no separate additional licence or entitlement was intended; and
the circumstances reasonably indicate a duplicate purchase.
AlgoVecter may request:
order numbers;
transaction references;
purchaser email address; or
other information required to verify the duplicate transaction.
A Product purchased through:
a discount;
promotional code;
sale;
bundle;
introductory offer; or
special pricing arrangement
remains subject to this Policy and applicable law.
If multiple Products are sold together as a bundle, refund eligibility may be assessed in relation to:
the bundle as a whole;
the affected Product;
the applicable bundle terms;
whether individual components were separately priced; and
applicable law.
Any mandatory consumer remedy remains unaffected.
๐ PROMOTIONAL OR FREE PRODUCTS
25. FREE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Products provided at no additional charge as part of:
a promotion;
bundle;
bonus;
giveaway; or
complementary offer
ordinarily have no separate cash refund value unless required by applicable law.
If a customer needs a licence reset because of:
hardware replacement;
VPS replacement;
trading-account change;
platform reinstall; or
another legitimate technical reason,
any reset will be subject to the licence conditions applicable to that Product.
Unless required by applicable law, a refund is not ordinarily due solely because a third-party prop firm:
changes its rules;

Customers are responsible for reviewing the current rules of their selected proprietary trading firm.
๐ฅ๏ธ THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM CHANGES
29. BROKERS, PLATFORMS & VPS PROVIDERS
AlgoVecter cannot control changes made by:
MetaTrader;
brokers;
VPS providers;
operating-system providers;
payment processors;
data providers;
proprietary trading firms; or
other third-party services.
If a purchase involved foreign-exchange conversion, the amount appearing in the customer's local currency after a refund may differ from the amount originally shown on the customer's bank statement because of:
exchange-rate movement;
bank conversion rates;
card-network conversion rates; or
third-party charges.
AlgoVecter may reject or investigate refund requests involving evidence of:
fraud;
fabricated technical issues;
unauthorised payment;
intentional licence abuse;
Product piracy;
repeated purchase-and-refund abuse;
fraudulent chargebacks; or
unauthorised redistribution of Products.
This does not prevent a customer from making a genuine statutory or contractual claim.
๐ณ CHARGEBACK POLICY
34. CONTACT ALGOVECTER FIRST
If you believe:
you were charged incorrectly;
a Product was not delivered;
the wrong Product was supplied;
a duplicate payment occurred; or
another legitimate billing problem exists,
please contact AlgoVecter support so the issue can be investigated.
Using the support process does not remove any right a customer may have to dispute a transaction through their bank or payment provider.
โ ๏ธ 35. CHARGEBACKS
A chargeback occurs when a customer asks their bank, card issuer or payment provider to reverse a payment.
If a chargeback is initiated, AlgoVecter may provide the relevant payment provider with information reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute, which may include:
order details;
transaction records;
proof of digital delivery;
download logs;
licence activation records;
customer communications;
refund correspondence; and
acceptance of applicable website terms.
Where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity, AlgoVecter may, subject to applicable law:
suspend the relevant licence;
restrict the customer account;
provide evidence to the payment provider;
challenge the payment dispute; or
take other lawful steps to protect its rights.

To submit a refund, cancellation, failed-delivery or duplicate-purchase request, contact AlgoVecter and provide:
full name;
email address used for purchase;

Product name;
purchase date;
reason for the request; and
supporting information where relevant.
Do not send:

๐ 39. REVIEW OF REQUESTS
AlgoVecter may review:
order records;
payment status;
download history;
licence status;
technical information;
customer communications; and
other relevant transaction information
to determine the appropriate response.
Consumer rights concerning:
digital content;
refunds;
cancellations;
defective software;
payment disputes; and
online transactions
may vary between jurisdictions.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with AlgoVecter, qualifying customers may have access to applicable:
consumer protection authorities;
alternative dispute-resolution bodies;
ombud schemes;
tribunals;
regulators; or
courts.
AlgoVecter does not require a consumer to waive any complaint mechanism that applicable law makes available to them.
๐ POLICY CHANGES
44. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
AlgoVecter may update this Refund & Digital Delivery Policy when reasonably necessary because of changes to:
applicable laws;
payment systems;
delivery methods;
Products;
licence systems;
website functionality; or
business operations.
The latest version will display an updated revision date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired by customers where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
